Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 18, 2026
Welcome to Local Map Ranking Hub. We built this site to document exactly what works in local SEO. We test proximity signals, track review velocity, and tear down Google Business Profile categories. Then we publish the results. By reading, accessing, or using localmaprankinghub.com, you agree to the rules laid out below. If you disagree with these terms, close the tab.
Local SEO is full of bad advice. We cut through the noise. We expect our readers to respect the work we put into this resource.
1. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
We write every word on this site. We run the tests. We capture the screenshots. The guides, case studies, and data sets published here belong entirely to Local Map Ranking Hub. This includes our custom graphics showing proximity drop-offs and our spreadsheets tracking citation indexation rates.
You cannot scrape, copy, or republish our content. If you want to reference our findings on NAP consistency or map pack ranking factors, you must link back to the original URL. Do not pass our research off as your own agency’s work.
Stealing our work results in immediate DMCA takedown notices.
We protect our assets aggressively. We monitor the web for scraped versions of our guides. When we find them, we contact your host directly.
2. Educational Purposes and Ranking Disclaimer
Local search shifts constantly. Google updates its algorithm without warning. Competitors build better citations. We share strategies that work for us and our clients right now. We do not guarantee your business will hit the local map pack.
Applying our tactics requires actual work. Optimizing your GBP Q&A section or cleaning up bad directory listings takes time. Your results depend entirely on your market, your industry, and your starting point. A personal injury lawyer in Los Angeles faces different friction than a landscaper in a rural town. We provide the map. You drive the car.
Everything on localmaprankinghub.com exists for educational purposes. We do not offer formal legal, financial, or business advice. You act as the final decision maker for your marketing strategy.
3. Affiliate Links and Financial Disclosure
We test local SEO software constantly. Rank trackers, citation builders, review management platforms, and call tracking systems. We reject most of them. When we find a tool that actually saves time or provides high-resolution data, we recommend it to our readers.
Some of our links are affiliate links. If you click one and buy the software, we earn a commission. This costs you nothing extra. It funds our ongoing testing.
We never recommend a tool we haven’t personally used to move the needle on a local campaign.
Our reputation matters more than a quick payout. If a tool degrades in quality, we remove the link. We update our recommendations based on current performance, not past commission checks.
4. Third-Party Links and External Resources
We frequently link out to external resources. We point to Google’s official documentation, local search industry studies, and specialized agency blogs. These links help you gain a deeper understanding of specific ranking factors.
We do not control these external websites. We hold no responsibility for their content, their privacy practices, or their terms. A link from Local Map Ranking Hub does not imply a blanket endorsement of everything that site publishes.
If you click an external link, you leave our site. You operate under their rules at that point.
